Waiting for Spring

Spring well-being

With less than a month of winter left, our thoughts move to the positives of lighter evenings, a return to warmer days - aside from the occasional shower - and the chance to spend more time out-and-about.

A new year’s resolution that has kept us going this long may gain new energy from nature in the months ahead, so this is perhaps a time to build on what we have started?

Every season brings opportunities to pause for a while and connect with a range of experiences, consider what they tell us about our own well-being: the most impossibly fragile flowers return after the hardest winters as if they have not grown through the chill of frozen soil.

Whatever amazing well-being experiences you have planned for the months ahead, have a great Spring!
