  • I would like to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Louise for guiding me through some of the hardest times in my life. When I felt lost, unenthusiastic, and overwhelmed with self-doubt, Louise reminded me that I am worth so much more, and that life is filled with beauty, love, and fulfilment waiting to be embraced. Her unwavering support and wisdom helped me reclaim my true self, transitioning from a tearful and uncertain person to a happy, self-confident, and positive individual. you tell your story online can make all the difference

  • Feel Free. Sparkly. Hopeful. Playful. I feel like a weight has been lifted, I feel more confident and clear headed. I can think about the future and not be stuck in the past.

  • Through Louise's support and guidance on how to manage my thoughts and emotions I am now back to my normal self. Louise soon noted that I worked better with visual therapy, and we often used pens and paper to get my emotions out. I still take medication for my depression, but I can hand on heart say that without the therapy I have received from Louise I would not be where I am today.

  • From my first visit to Louise at Galena, I felt I was in safe hands. Her natural warmth and interest made talking to her easy, and she was intuitive and empathic. Over a series of visits we examined loss, pain and trauma from my past, and she didn’t minimise even the smallest of details, nor was she at all judgemental. Feeling really heard was very comforting to me.

  • I have been seeing Louise for personal wellbeing sessions for over 2 years now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Louise has been there for me through some very difficult times and we have worked together to get me through these times with her patient listening, structured face to face sessions, worksheets for tackling certain problems and personal encouragement. Under Louise's guidance I have really grown as a person and am much more able to cope when facing challenges with the skills Louise has given me.

  • Thanks for helping me change my life for the better. xx I have learned so much from Louise, I now have the confidence to be myself and I now live a much easier and freer way. My relationships have improved and I can engage with special people whom I find difficult without upsetting myself. Louise has patience and understanding and great techniques to make life easier.

  • Going to see Louise helped me tremendously. She was very welcoming and helpful. She provided such a friendly, safe environment that really allowed me to open up and discuss my problems. Louise helped me combat so many underlying issues and conflicts in myself that I didn't even know I had. She helped to challenge me and get me to hear myself and realise what I needed to do to change and get back to being who I want to be.
