After a weekend of reflection, I’m acknowledging how far I’ve come and the power of letting go. With a renewed mindset and space, I’m stepping into this new chapter with focus and intention.

Today, I begin my HeartHealing certification with Natasha Leigh Bray and her amazing team. HeartHealing is a pioneering integrative healing approach that blends scientific, spiritual, and energetic principles, resulting in deeper and faster shifts than mind-based techniques. Using a 7-stage healing process, it works with the 5 core Universal Wounds of the Heart, offering a profound path to transformation.
